Pisces|Water Sign|Two Fish (Feb. 19th to March 20th) This water sign is known for being "deep." Able to navigate the deepest levels of human emotion, they seek true love and understanding. The sign is highly intuitive. 

Aries|Fire Sign|Ram (March 21 to April 20th) This bold fire sign is known to be a self-starter with a big attitude. They stubbornly seek to be first in any endeavor they pursue. They are driven by passion and temperament. They tend to be brash and "butt-heads" with people when they know they are right. 

Turus|Earth|Bull(April 19th - May 20th) People born under this sign can be practical, stubborn, traditional, pious, materialistic, hard working, and appreciative of the arts. This is one of the "beautiful people" signs of the zodiac, because this sign is associated with the planet Venus (goddess of beauty.) This is why they love art, music, and small indulgences. They are the type to buy fresh flowers for their home. 

Gemini|Air|Twins (May 20th - June 20th ) What I like most about this coffee mug is that at the very top it captures the mouths and at the bottom, the mind. These traits are the highlights of this talkative sign. They talk so much that it may seem like they are having a whole conversation on their own...while you watch. Gemini people are naturally intuitive and navigate the interpersonal relationship like no other. They are often the friends involved with matchmaking. People born under this sign are known as the communicators of the zodiac. They make excellent sales, media people, or writers. 

Cancer|Water|Crab (June 20 - July 22) Cancers are well known for their emotions. The "moody" crab has a sweet center, and tends to let the heart make most of its life choices. Cancers are nurturing people who appreciate a well kept home. People born under this sign tend spend most of their time indoors or are more often introverts. They love to keep a small handful of loyal friends and family, rather than crowds. They are often shy, but once they get their feet wet-so to speak-they "come out of their shells." While cancers may never be the "life of the party" they make great, loyal friends and partners. They prize love and family. 

Leo| Fire| Lion (July 22 - August 22) Leo's are often found in the center of the room, holding everyone's attention. These loud, and mostly extroverted individuals, love to pursue activities and careers that place them in the limelight. Naturally fond of creative expression, they normally seek out ways to express themselves in arts, dance, or through athletics. Their is no mistaking Leo energy. They make loyal and fiercely protective friends who encourage others to shine just as bright as they do! Whether they are aware of it, or not, they easily take on leadership roles. Their charming, cheerful, and confident demeanor often sets them apart; as leaders they bring everyone together. 

Virgo | Earth | Virgin (August 23 - September 22) People born during this time are highly coordinated and organized people. They range anywhere from A-Type Personalities to OCD. Rarely would one find a "lazy" Virgo. They are known to have an innocent and straight forward demeanor. They are humble, but one of the more annoying traits of this sign, judgmental. The sign is very critical of themselves and others, because at the core they are about becoming the "best version of self." They are not the most adaptable people. In work environments they prefer order over chaos. They often seek out tedious jobs that would test patience, that no one likes to do, rather than leadership roles. For example, an editor, a librarian, or anything that involves strong organizational skills. While critical, they are selfless. They often "give of themselves" as an expression of love or appreciation. Like the other "Earth" signs in the zodiac, Virgos lean toward traditional, stable, and wholesome values. For this reason, they tend to have a very dry humor, of any at all, and tend to take life too seriously. 

Libra | Air | Scales (October 31 to Nov. 22) Libras make one of the most attractive signs of the zodiac, as it is associated with Venus. This Venusian sign is filled with people who love to stand in front of mirrors and fix themselves perfectly so that they can readily socialize at a moments notice. The air sign is loved by very many because of the agreeable nature and ability to mediate. The downside to their charm is they tend to be people pleasers in order to avoid conflicts at all cost. When asked to pick sides between friends in an argument they are unable to do so, instead they attempt to help broaden perspectives until the opposing sides reach a resolution. Their highly logical minds work best in the area of law. The are excellent communicators, as all air signs are, and have a reputation of being chatter-bugs. 

Scorpio | Water | Scorpion (October 23 - November 22 ) Scorpios are notorious for being alluring people. The strong "silent type" has a mysterious nature that draws people in through curiosity. This sign is filled with "loners" who observe everything and feel deeply. They are so guarded with their deep emotions, that they refuse to open up easily. Instead, they keep at arms-length until they feel ready to speak up. Once they do, it is either profound...or brutally honest. They are known to have a "sting" or "bite" to their observations about you. They prefer to widdle you down to your psychology, often the types that "know you better than you know yourself." Scorpios seek spiritual connections and tend to be very "spiritual" people. They prefer private lives away from the spotlight. They are highly emotionally intelligent, and carry a psychic-type intuition. Do not cross a Scorpio because they will seek revenge or stalk...to eventually get revenge. They have the memory of elephants, so expect a situation where they never forget or forgive. The sign prefers solitude and only make exceptions for deeply felt soul connections or family. The positive side of Scorpio is that through their destruction comes a rebirth of something that completely transforms whatever was there before. Like the symbol of the caterpillar to butterfly, the chaos that they bring will forever change those who encounter them. 

Sagittarius | Fire | Archer (November 23 to December 21) This sign shoots his arrow into the stars above it. There is no telling how far it will go or where it will land. That arrow captures the traveling passionate spirit of a Sagittarius. They are true "Rolling Stones" in the sense they are always moving, and like a river, it seems they are never in the same spot. They love to roam, explore, socialize and teach. They are engrossed with pursuits that stimulate the mind, such as philosophy. They make magnificant storytellers filled with tales of real-life adventures. They often have multiple partners in love, because they are so charming...and will explore until they find someone able to explore with them...very many "Until We Meet Again" type endings for lovers of this sign who are not willing to relocate frequently. Normally, they can be found leading bohemian lifestyles and traveling to many locations in their life. 

Capricorn | Earth | Sea-Goat (December 21 to January 21) These sea-goats are set on reaching the top. Often this hard working breed will live out boring and routine lives so that they slowly crawl to a leadership position. The reason for the "slow and steady wins the race" attitude is because this sign is associated with the planet Saturn (which is cold and slow moving.) Don't expect a fun-loving relationship, expect an energy of work...working to make the relationship work over "just being in a relationship" is a double-edged sword. On one hand, the partner of a Capricorn may feel like they finally have their life together. One the other hand, who wants to work all of the time? Answer: Capricorn. People in a long-term relationship with Capricorn will eventually get bored if they are not successful at helping a Cap break away from work. Like most Earth signs, they have traditional values. There is no such thing as a casual relationship with a Cap. They take love and life seriously. Sometimes, the serious energy will drive away suitors who have no interest in becoming their "love employee." The good news, is they are clean-cut, hard-working, value-driven individuals that people can "count on" for a reliable friend. 

Aquarius | Air | Waterbearer or Vase (January 19 - February 19) I want to say this is the coolest sign ever...but that won't be everyone's experience. It depends on how well you can get alone with a "know-it-all." Okay...I will be honest...Aquarius can get stubborn when they know they are right and argue until they convince you that conceding is the only way to stop them. Other than this, they tend to "get along with everyone." People born under this sign, the official sign of friendship, are often viewed as stars in a large crowd. As the "water bearers" they offer a non-judgmental attitude and tend to help anyone who needs it. They are the "humanitarians" of the zodiac, who always offer wisdom and great advice (as they are normally well-read or well-experienced at a multitude of things.) Like a Sagittarius, they seek out knowledge and experience. Aquarians are often described as aliens humanoid creatures who seem to be "discovering Earth and humanity" and then turning around to describe their experience right back to humanity. Their unique lives and style often innovate as they don't look at things by their label (i.e. use a fork to comb their hair) to invent new things out of the old. These fun-loving odd-balls do weird things that draw attention. Many celebrities, including Oprah, come out of this star sign.
